Using the app
GoFiChat lets you chat and play games with people physically near you. You are responsible for what you send and for who you invite into a room. Don't use GoFiChat to harass people, break the law, or send content you don't have the right to share.
No guarantees
Wireless connections depend on your phones, their settings and your surroundings. GoFiChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and it isn't a replacement for emergency services. In an emergency, contact local authorities using whatever means you have.
Games
Games in GoFiChat, including poker, use play chips only. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold or exchanged for anything.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, GoFiChat and its makers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
